Problem: Solution: check & correct your PC or Laptop Date & Time settings Note: The problem for mine was caused by faulty Laptop Battery. For PC it will be the dying CMOS Battery and you have to replace it.

1. Open Acrobat. Click File ,   Save As  & select Reduced Size PDF 2. Click Add Files , then select Add Files 3. Find & Select the files you want to reduce. (press down  CRTL  key   on the keyboard for selecting). Then click  Open. 4. Files are ready to reduce. Click OK button 5. Make compatible with: Retain existing.   Click OK button 6. Keep the settings as is (or choose any settings/options you want). Click OK 7.  Wait until Acrobat is finish reducing the files.
