UPDATE: Another Solution Solution A: 1. Unhook the ink tank unit and lay it down, just like when you're refilling inks. 2. Wait for about 10-15 seconds, then hook it back 3. Press the "red ink light" button 4. Done Note: sometimes, you have to set first the transportation lock to the locked position before doing the steps Solution B: 1. Power off the Printer. 2. Put a bondpaper on the loading tray. 3. Press both Power Button and paper feed or ink button for 15 seconds. 4. After 15 seconds, release power button and paper feed or ink button. Paper feed or ink button with orange light will steady while the power button will be blinking. 5. Now press once the paper feed or ink button (with orange light). Wait until a test print is done, it takes about 30-60 seconds (or longer) 6. After a test print, the blinking of ink button will stop and printer is ready to use
