Google Chrome Error: Your connection is not private Technical issues found: This server could not prove that it is ireport.sec.gov.ph; its security certificate expired 1315 days ago. Solution: 1. Click "Advanced" to see the Technical Issue. 2. Click "Proceed to ireport.sec.gov.ph (unsafe). 3. Done _________________________________________________________________________ Firefox Error: This Connection is Untrusted. Technical issue found: ireport.sec.gov.ph uses an invalid security certificate.  The certificate expired on 3/18/2012 Solution: 1. Click "Technical Details" to issue/error. (For mine, its the expired certificate of the website) 2.  Click "I Understand the Risks". 3. Click "Add Exception" 4. Click "Confirm Security Exception".  5. Done

UPDATE: Another Solution Solution A:   1. Unhook the ink tank unit and lay it down, just like when you're refilling inks. 2. Wait for about 10-15 seconds, then hook it back 3. Press the "red ink light" button 4. Done Note: sometimes, you have to set first the transportation lock to the locked position before doing the steps Solution B: 1. Power off the Printer. 2. Put a bondpaper on the loading tray. 3. Press both Power Button and paper feed or ink button for 15 seconds. 4. After 15 seconds, release power button and paper feed or ink button. Paper feed or ink button with orange light will steady while the power button will be blinking. 5. Now press once the paper feed or ink button (with orange light). Wait until a test print is done, it takes about 30-60 seconds (or longer) 6. After a test print, the blinking of ink button will stop and printer is ready to use
