 Technical issues found:
This server could not prove that it is ireport.sec.gov.ph; its security certificate expired 1315 days ago.

Solution:
1. Click "Advanced" to see the Technical Issue.
2. Click "Proceed to ireport.sec.gov.ph (unsafe).
3. Done

ireport.sec.gov.ph uses an invalid security certificate.  The certificate expired on 3/18/2012

Solution:
1. Click "Technical Details" to issue/error. (For mine, its the expired certificate of the website)
2.  Click "I Understand the Risks".
3. Click "Add Exception"
4. Click "Confirm Security Exception". 
5. Done
