SOLVED: How to fix computer wont boot infected by virus

How to fix computer wont boot infected by virus.

I got a pc that won't continue to boot on windows. from my research it was a sign of infected pc.

Here's what i did to fix it:

1. Boot in Safe Mode & do System Restore
2. When Safe Mode won't work, use Hirens Boot CD
4. Power on your PC & enter the BIOS to setup cd/dvd as your first boot. hit F10 to save the changes.
(pc will automatically restart after setting the bios).
3. Insert Hirens Boot CD in your cd/dvd drive.
4. On Hirens menu, choose Mini Windows XP
5. Restore Regitry files using Registry Wizard
6. After reisntalling Registry files. you can now boot to Normal Windows operations
7. Now then do again SYSTEM RESTORE.

Hope it also works on you...
