Can't connect using laptop WiFi Connection after resetting your Router


How to fix your laptop WiFi Connection after resetting your router.


1. Click the WiFi Icon on your Taskbar
2. Find the name of your WiFi and Right Click on it, the choose Properties
3. The "Wireless Network Properties" window will appear. Go to Security tab
4. Under Security tab, you will show this below (this is your previous wifi security setup)
    Security type: WPA-Personal
    Encryption type: TKIP
    Network security key: "this is you configured wifi password"

      note: Click the box of "Show characters" to see the configured wifi password

5. change your laptop security information and must follow/copy your Router wifi security setup. 
Example:
   Router wifi security setup                           Laptop wifi security setup
   Security type: WPA-Personal2                                         Security type: WPA-Personal2
   Encryption type: AES                                                      Encryption type: AES
   Network security key: "this is the new password"             Network security key: "this is the new password"

Windows XP wont boot after power failure

1. Power off the computer 2. Disconnect the power cable (cpu power cord from avr) 3. Open the case and disconnect the following;           - power cable connected to motherboard           - hard disk cables (IDE or SATA)           - CMOS Battery 4. Wait for 10-15 minutes then reconnect all cables & the CMOS Battery 5. Power on your computer and go to BIOS do the following...       - Reset the time & date of the system       - Check the hard disk connection (note: if your computer has detected it then it is properly connected.) 6. Hit F10 to save & exit 7. After successfully booted to windows desktop screen, open RUN by pressing WindowsLogo+R 8. Type "chkdsk" and hit Enter  (wait until chkdsk is completed) 9. Restart your computer after Disk Checking (chkdsk)

BOOTMGR is compressed in Windows 7 solution

This problem occurred after running Disk Cleanup Problem: BOOTMGR is compressed in Windows 7 Solution: 1. Insert your OS CD (windows7) 2. Go to DOS (command prompt) window 3. Type in your OS disk partition (usualy C:/) 3. Type in bootrec /FixMbr 4. Then type in bootrec /fixboot 5. Then type in bootrec /rebuildbcd 6. Then type in exit 7. Restart your computer
