How to fix facebook video calling problem. I can see them but they can't see me.

This was the situation...
A friend of mine successfully installed facebook video calling plug-in. The Video Camera Icon was there also on chat box. When connecting to a video call, he can see a video with his friend's face (the one he's connecting) but his friend can't see him, the only face she was seeing was herself.
There was also no a video box that you could see you face.

The one he was calling also tried connecting to other computer and there was no problem, they both see each other. They also have Skype installed to their computers & Skype accounts.

Some troubleshoot I've tried:
1. Connecting to other friend. (still the same problem)
2. Uninstalling the facebook video calling plug-in in the Control Panel & reinstall it again via facebook instructions. ( no fix)
3. Sign-out on Facebook and close the browser (chrome) and sign-in again (no fix)

Here's what i did to fix the problem:
1. Download Skype & install it to my friend's PC.
2. Create an account (for him, he used his facebook account to register on skype).
(complete all the process of configuration)
3. Restart the PC.
4. Sign-in again facebook (we're using chrome).
5. Make video call again. DONE...

Hope this would be helpful to you guys..

Put a bondpaper on the loading tray. 3. Press both Power Button and paper feed or ink button for 15 seconds. 4. After 15 seconds, release power button and paper feed or ink button. Paper feed or ink button with orange light will steady while the power button will be blinking. 5. Now press once the paper feed or ink button (with orange light).
